Virtual Tours

Virtual Tours offer an online simulation of a space or location, accessible via computer, tablet, smartphone, or virtual reality headset. They provide a convenient way to showcase your business to those unable to visit in person by creating a digital tour that can be viewed from anywhere in the world at any time. Similarly, open houses allow individuals to explore unfamiliar areas. For instance, visitors to a new city can attend open houses at local hotels or attractions to learn more about them.

What is a Virtual Tour?

A virtual tour involves capturing multiple 360?? images, also known as panorama images, taken a few meters apart by our photographers to cover both indoor and outdoor areas of interest. These images allow users to look in any direction they choose, providing a comprehensive view of the location.

These photos are then stitched together to create a virtual tour, where viewers can navigate through the images using 'Hotspots.' Hotspots are interactive elements overlaid on the 360?? images that facilitate movement through the space.

How Are Virtual Tours Created?

Creating a virtual tour involves several essential steps:

1.

360-Degree Photography

Our skilled photographers take multiple 360-degree panoramic images from various angles, both indoors and outdoors. These images offer users a complete view of their surroundings, enabling immersive exploration in any direction.

2.

Image Stitching

Using cutting-edge software, we combine the captured images to create a flawless virtual tour. This stitching process transforms the panoramic photos into a single, easy-to-navigate experience for users to explore.

3.

Interactive Features

To enhance engagement, we integrate interactive elements like "Hotspots" into the tour. These clickable points guide viewers to different areas, provide detailed information about key features, or showcase embedded content like videos.

What is a 360°/Panorama Image?

A 360-degree or panorama image offers an immersive experience by allowing viewers to explore a scene from every angle up, down, left, and right. Unlike traditional images that present a fixed perspective, 360-degree images provide interactivity. Users can click and drag with a mouse or swipe on a touchscreen to change their viewpoint, enabling a comprehensive exploration of the entire environment captured in the image. Additionally, users can zoom in on specific details using the scroll wheel on a mouse or pinch on a touchscreen, which enhances their ability to examine points of interest within the panoramic view. This technology is widely used in virtual tours, real estate listings, travel experiences, and educational simulations, offering a dynamic and engaging way to interact with visual content.

A few examples of the Virtual Tours we have created.

The Equipment We Use

To ensure the highest quality in our Virtual Tours, we utilize a range of specialized equipment. Our toolkit includes high-resolution cameras for capturing detailed imagery, advanced 360-degree cameras for immersive panoramic views, precision lenses for sharp, clear shots, and state-of-the-art stabilizers to produce smooth, professional footage. This cutting-edge gear enables us to deliver immersive experiences with exceptional clarity, depth, and interactivity, setting a new benchmark for virtual exploration.

DSLR

DSLR Virtual Tours deliver exceptional image quality, making them perfect for projects requiring high levels of detail and precision. These tours capture sharp, high-resolution images, ensuring that every intricate detail is clearly visible. This clarity is essential for showcasing luxury real estate, complex architectural designs, or any project where precise visual representation is crucial.

INSTAPRO2

The camera allows us to efficiently capture 360?? panorama images with just one shot, making it ideal for high-movement environments. This feature ensures that dynamic scenes are captured seamlessly in a single frame. Although the InstaPro2 360?? Camera provides good functionality, our DSLR produces images of superior quality, offering greater detail and clarity.

Matterport

Matterport Virtual Tours uses an advanced and secure system to create lifelike virtual experiences. The Matterport Virtual Tour Scanner combines high-quality photography with a lower-end LiDAR 3D scanning system, integrating both technologies into a single versatile device. This combination ensures detailed and accurate virtual representations.
